Hello, how would be the way to go to model a composite coque , being a sheet of rubber covered on both sides by a thin metal sheet? I want to run a modal analysis on it.
The rubber must have freq-dependent behaviour.
DEFI_COMPOSITE only allows materials of ELAS_ORTH and not ELAS_FO or ELAS_ORTH_FO, so I cannot include a freq-dependent behaviour. Also to determine the modes DYNA_VISCO should be used (only way I know) and there the elastic material must be specified (MATER_ELAS_FO) and assigned to a seperate group (GROUP_MA) . If I have a composite than the whole composite (with all layers) is a group, so cannot distinguish between the visco (rubber) and the metal-parts.
How to go about modelling a composite sheet with rubber ?
