Hello, there are actually A LOT OF English manuals for Salome Meca .
You may find them in the "Documentation" and "Trainning material" in the website of code_aster after you change the language to English. I suggest to start from the Trainning materials because they are so well written!
If you're really new, you may also take a look at "Presentation" where you may find a PDF to introduce Salome-Meca.
You may also find many videos in English in Youtube, ex. FEA for all.
ah, I almost forgot the most important one, the HELP in Salome-Meca!
