because my previous publisher, Framabook, does not want to carry on business
this book is available at the following conditions:
if you want a pdf copy send me a private email
with you real name
with a short description of who you are, from which country on what activity (student, business...) from which company
the pseudo used in this forum is not enough
these conditions are transient (dynamics!) until i found a proper publisher or host
