Parametric calculation Code_aster and OpenTurns

Hi,

In the case of an uncertainty quantification study I need to run my aster code model calculation (a tensile test on a sample) several times, modifying the input parameters each time. However, the result obtained using aster code is the same despite the modification of these parameters. Does anyone know the origin of such a problem?

Hi Jean,

sorry for the late reply. I am the author of the OpenTURNS/Persalys related to Code_Aster videos that are uploaded to Youtube.

How did you setup up your input parameters? They need to be added as variables inside the .comm file and they need to appear in the main case setup of Persalys. There you should be able to set whatever value for the inputs, verify the case runs and get an output. Doing that again with a different set of inputs, you should see the resulting value change. If that is not the case, then the case may not be correctly set up.
