Internal pressure between two layers

Dear Code_Aster users,

We are working on the 3D model of an empty quarter-cylinder. It comprises two layers of different material. Our issue is that we can't apply an internal pressure or any kind of force under the first layer (between the two layers). If we do, the stage doesn't run and this error message is displayed:

We tried using ORIE_PEAU in MODI_MAILLAGE, the error message stays the same. Does anybody have any idea what to do, or does Code_Aster not accept forces on internal faces ?

jeanpierreaubry Actually here is a screenshot of the placement of the elements mentioned in the error message:
As you can see, they are not connected or spacially close to each other, not to mention that one of them is a hexahedron. We tried reorienting them individually, or reorienting the inside face of the cylinder but nothing seems to be working. Sometimes the error message mentions other element ids, always as randomly located on the volume and surfaces of the structure.

i.e. without .comm and mesh

jeanpierreaubry We'd like to share the mesh files with you, but no format allows us to send it in the convo. We tried .med, .tar, . zip and .7z. Do you have a solution for that ? We're sorry for the inconvenience

Here is the .comm file. By the way this is a very simplified version of the model, but the error message displayed is still identical !

i am able to reproduce this strange behavior on a very simple and dirty model
(dirty models are a good way to sort out what is wrong)
a work around is to use FORCE_FACE instead of PRES_REP

your .comm file seems to be missing all the MODI_MAILLAGE, ORIE_PEAU commands

the only way which i know to send .med or zip is to put them on a server like dl.free.fr
i try to never use any GAFAM tools
the other way if you are using Gmsh is to share the .geo file

of course it is possible using AFFE_CHAR_MECA_F
and using FORMULE for FX et FY depending of X and Y (a bit of trigonometry) if the axis is along Z

i just opened your files
1/ the .med file does not match the .comm (among other things there is no group 'paint' in the mesh)
2/ if you are trying to model a quarter of a tube the boundary condition 'bc' are very strange to me
