Hello, for post processing. If you have some repetitive task to do, you can do it one time on paraview and then copy paste the process to get a macro, Here's an example of macro that create a good visualisation of stress.
Everytime you do something in paraview you have a trace that you can view in Tools -> show trace. It's very powerful to optimise it.
