integral of a heat flux over a surface

Hello everyone,
I try to integrate a heat flux along a cooling circuit (i can't upload my model because over 2MB), to calculate the temperature elevation of the cooling water.
I tried with POST_ELEM, but code aster told me it wasn't possible (i read some topics on this forum saying the same)
I tried with POST_RELEVE_T, but i found some not relevant results, and as far as i understand, POST_RELEVE_T can't give me the results i want...

Any idea how i can solve my problem ?
PS: I prefer to deal with code aster and not with syrthes, because i am in a hurry

It works, thank you for that.

I performed some tests to understand the behaviour of POST_ELEM.

I printed the heat flow on the mesh group "2", where I apply a heat flow of 1380W/m2 (see attached stage 1 file). The area is 2.35E-2 m2 --> should lead to 32W.

when I check the integral value of FLUZ, z is the normal of my mesh elements, (see attached impr_table file), I find 129W
It is the same with my cooling circuit : i was expecting to find 1530W, but the integral value of FLUZ is 435W.

I don't understand these results. Do you see where I am wrong ?
