Mesh Generation Issue on One Part of the Block

I'm having trouble with this part during meshing. I don't understand the error or why it only appears on one of the block's sections. When I try to mesh each part individually, three of them mesh without any issues, but the fourth one doesn't mesh at all. I really can't figure out where the problem is coming from. Do you have any ideas? I'm stuck and can't see what's causing this

Could you send us the hdf file so we can have a look?
A naive guess: maybe you have an edge in your hole (we cannot really see from this angle), and it causes the error. I believe this error appears only if a mesh volumic subelement has more than 6 edges, which may be the case because of this additionnal edge.
