Hi,
I am new to Salome Meca,
I started by following this tutorial:

Now I wanted to add an RBE3 to the model, but it appears that I didn't find the way to set the master node with its DDL.

You will find a simplified case attached. I can run it, but it's still Red. Here is the error message:

As I have no error message, I don't know where to look.
I was thinking that could be an installation issue, but I found others have the same issue:

try adding AFFE_CARA_ELEM to the created DISTR elemnet
look at a similar post just close to yours

Do you think it could be an installation error caused by Windows, rather than a problem with the model?
The others running without RBE are working, but since I don’t have any other error messages, I’m wondering.

you do not have a .mess file or a message file in the working directory?
that is unbelievable!!!!!
please have better look
and post as well the .export file

the output.bin is very strange, i have never seen that sort of output
you look like a guru well over my knowledge of code_aster!
how did you generate the export file?
try this in the export file

F mmed _ExportedFromSalomeObject_0_1_2_3.med D  20
F rmed tube.med R  80

instead of

F libr _ExportedFromSalomeObject_0_1_2_3.med D  20
F libr tube.med R  80

message.txt is too short ! Something goes wrong !

According to the error messages, there is a character encoding problem (UTF8). You must delete the special accented characters in comments or les “e dans l'o” pour les noeuds.

file runcase-22-stage-1.comm is saved with codepage CP1252 (Windows-1252) and Windows end of line <CR><LF>

Try to save it with UTF-8 codepage:

runcase-22-stage-1utf8.txt

Maybe you need to save it with UTF-8 codepage and UNIX end of line <LF>:

runcase-22-stage-1utf8-unix.txt
