Cherblanc Meshing with hexaedric elements is not the easiest way. Maybe starting with standard 1st order tetraedric elements would help you to find some eventual geometrical problems.
vishwas Hi, How can we know? We do not know what your geometry is- is it step or partitioned ? We don't know your meshing algorithms used or whether you have used sub meshes. There are n number of ways for a mesh to fail. Anirudh
