Compiling prerequisites-20251026-oss from source

Hello,
I was trying to compile codeaster-prerequisites-20251026-oss. It was success using Scibian 13 and Ubuntu 24.04 during last week, but during this week I receive error from mpi4py compiling. Error was following:

This error come, when using Scibian13, Ubuntu 22.04 or Ubuntu 24.04. My guess is, that it is coming from Pixi / Conda-Forge, but my skills are not good enough to fix it. I hope somebody can help in tihs subject.

Due to mpi4py with the setuptools update. This patch should solve the problem:

I want to compile PETSc without going online. Obviously PETSc compile with a newest version of Openmpi, that I don't have on my machine and later prevent me to configure Code Aster 18 for installation.
1) So How can I compile it offline with my version of Openmpi 4?
2) How can I prevent Prerequistes installation to go online?
