I have started working on a simulation using mfront in code-aster. Watching the videos in youtube and searching in the forum's documents, I have realized that Elastic parameters (E and v) should be defined in both ELAS line and LISTE_COEF in my .comm file. Why this is the case and the elastic parameters used in both lines should be the same? For example, if I have a orthotropic material, I should use ELAS_ORTH before LISTE_COEF?
I also tried to run a model without the line ELAS but got an error regarding the tangent stiffness matrix.
