ploting average stress-strain curve in paravis

Dear all,

I am trying to plot the average, equivalent stress_strain curve of all elements in paravis after the completion of my analysis. However, I have become a bit confused for selecting the correct variable for my x and y axes.
In series parameters that are shown in paravis filter "PlotDataOverTime", I can see several SIEQ variables as follows:
resnonl_SIEQ_NOEU (0), (1), ....,(14). As the equivalent stress is just a scalar, what the numbers in parenthesis mean here and which of them shows the von Mises stress here?
I also have this question for EPEQ which I am going to use as equivalent strain.

SIEQ_ELGA contains VMIS but also TRESCA and another values.

Thank you so much. I think these numbers are also in the same order that can be seen in graphical area definition (excluding the magnitude which is again called magnitude there) , am I right? For example number (1) stands for TRESCA.
